The School of Hospitality & Service Management at Sunway University welcomes undergraduate students from higher education institution to join us at the 13th APacCHRIE Youth Conference to participate in academic and industry sessions, networking opportunities, and tourism and hospitality related activities for professional and talent development, and leadership skills enhancement.

We welcome two types of paper submissions: abstracts and full papers in relation to the theme “Creating Tourism Sustainably in Challenging Times“. There are two categories of paper submissions.

CATEGORY 1: RESEARCH PAPER

CATEGORY 2: PRACTICAL PAPER
Call for Papers Submission Guide

Two types of submission are invited: (1) Abstract (maximum 1,000 words); OR (2) Full paper (maximum 3,000 words)
All submissions will be reviewed based on their quality and suitability for the conference. If the submissions pass the review process, they will be accepted for presentation in the form of a stand-up poster presentation.
Full paper submission will only be required if authors would like to compete for the Best Paper Award, which should be submitted by the submission deadline. A Best Paper Review Committee will conduct a refereed review of recommended full papers.
Submissions must be original and should not be already published nor under review for publication elsewhere.
Please indicate the author’s name and affiliation only on the cover page of the submission and they should not appear elsewhere.
Once the submission is accepted for presentation, at least one of the authors must register for and present the research at the conference or their submission will be removed from the conference programme.
