Dr Warren Goodsir is the Head of School of Hospitality and Tourism, Faculty of Culture and Society, AUT University. His research interests include management decision making, ethics and corporate social responsibility. Prior to being Head of Department, he was programme leader for postgraduate hospitality programmes and culinary arts programmes. He has developed programmes of study at postgraduate, bachelors and diploma levels and has taught courses in strategic management, service marketing and food and beverage management. Prior to beginning his teaching and academic career Mr Goodsir held executive chef positions in the hotel sector and consulted to hospitality organisations.
