Dr. Jacey Choe is an Associate Professor in the Faculty of International Tourism and Management at the City University of Macau. Dr. Jacey Choe received her Ph.D. in Hotel and Tourism Management from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and her M.Sc. in Nutritional Science & Food Management (Food Service Area) from Ewha Womans University.

Dr. Ja Young (Jacey) CHOE’s research focuses on hospitality management and tourist behavior, aiming to understand tourist food behavior, tourism sustainability, and restaurant marketing and management. Her research interests also include hospitality innovation and workation. Jacey has research publications in internationally leading journals such as the Tourism Management, International Journal of Hospitality Management, the International Journal of Contemporary Hospitality Management, and the Journal of Travel & Tourism Marketing. She received the FBA Young Scholar Award from the Faculty of Business Administration of the University of Macau. Also, she received several other awards, including Best Paper Award from international conferences.
