Prof. Kyungsoo Han is a Professor of the Department of Foodservice Culinary Management at the College of Tourism Science, Kyonggi University, Seoul, South Korea. She is the vice President of The Tourism Sciences Society of Korea (TOSOK) and also the conference chair of the TOSOK International conference from 2015 to 2017.
She was the president of Hotel & Food Management Federation of TOSOK from 2011 to 2013. Prof. Han has been the executive board members of the Korean Society of Food Culture. Her main research interests include foodservice management and cross-cultural studies in the hospitality industry.
